Parking Policy does not allow parking on any curb within OTHA property.

Any outside modifications including signs must be pre-approved by our Board of Directors.

Private information requested by insurance companies, realtors,  banks, mortgage companies, or others not listed as owners must be pre-approved by the OTHA owner before any information is released.
